Gentlemen,
I have the honour to report that I re-examined Iir W.R.Sutton, (Kigeria) at his own request this morning and I understand from him tint this re-examination took Jace with
your knowledge. I reported him -- unfit for service in the tropics on March 24th 1st, owing to undue rapidity and some irregularity of "otion of the heart. This undue frequency in the heart's action i ti present, but he presenta no other
signs of disease and the albumin noted as present by Tr Prout
was not present at either of the examinations made by me. Thi
man cannot be regarded a physically sound and noma). At the
me time the heart trouble i not very serious one, though
liable to become worse unser tropical condition",
It is,
however, one tint would render him unfit for any post requiring
severe physical exertion, as under such conditions i' might increase
and couse disobility "lthough "t present this is not the crse.
If his service are regarded ** *pecially valuable and
i* the appointment is one not involving considerable physicel
exertion, and further if it is - temporary one, he might be
accepted/
